Steve Varrieur, President of Visions Personnel

“I started Visions Personnel in 1989 in Nashua NH. I was a restaurant owner and operator for 10+ years before crossing over to recruiting in 1985. I have worked with clients and candidates involved in quick service, casual theme as well as fine dining restaurants. "I have spent the last 33 years as a recruiter and consultant, working with all types of restaurants, food service, and hotel companies until finally concentrating my efforts on the restaurant industry around 1995. I have had the privilege of working with some of the top companies in our industry, independently owned and operated restaurants along with new and exciting "hot concept" restaurant groups. I believe my unique perspective serves me well in finding the right career for a qualified candidate and the right candidate for my client companies. I am an “old fashioned cold call” recruiter that relies on my 33 years of experience and a large database of contacts and candidates to get the job done. At Visions Personnel we strive to build careers and relationships, rather than simply concentrating on jobs and fees."

I have been in the recruiting human resource arena for over 30 years and a good part of that was in restaurant hospitality side of the business. 

I specialize in the fast casual quick serve division of Visions personnel and with my agency and corporate HR background I feel that I bring a balance to this business that most people in agencies don't have.

Dennis Garside

I have spent over 30 years in restaurant operations with a focus on casual/fast casual dining. I have been fortunate to lead many teams as a Senior Executive - Operations Vice President for the past 25 years with such great brands as Chili’s, Bertucci’s, Panera Bread, LongHorn Steakhouse & Red Lobster.

My passion has always been strong operations leadership, coaching and developing others to obtain their career goals. The ability to hire, train and retain the very best is the only pathway to success.

In 1987 I connected with Steve Varrieur at Visions, since that time we have embarked on a personal friendship based on trust and integrity.

I do believe that with my network of motivated and qualified leaders, I will be able to add much value to our candidates, clients and the Visions Team.
